Order fulfillment and shipping details while in quarantine due to COVID-19:

• We're taking care of all the precautions and recommendations, but we highly recommend our clients to properly clean the package.
• Our packaging is compostable: (Stickers, polymailers and the paper in which your socks have been wrapped) so handle them with care. We highly recommend for you to compost it with the instructions you will receive from us since our goal is to make a positive impact on the planet and reduce waste.
• Orders are being processed within 2 to 7 labor days. However you can expect some shipping delays.
• Once your package is received by the USPS carrier we're not responsible for any shipping delays.
• Our shipping carrier is USPS,  once your package is fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with the tracking information of your order.
• Our physical store location in San Patricio Pop is open from June 1st.
• Operation hours: 10:00AM- 2:00PM (temporally)
